Film release agent DYHT-1 is a powdered film release agent. It can prevent adhesion between uncured and mixed films during stor- age. 

1. Contains excellent surfactants that can dry quickly and have excellent isolation effects. 

2. It does not affect the vulcanization speed and physical and mechanical properties of rubber. 

3. It has no effect on the bonding strength between steel wire and rubber. 

4. Low cost, with a usage concentration of only 3%. 

5. Good suspension performance (no precipitation or stratification within 24 hours). During use, there is no dust shedding, no environmental pollution, no equipment corrosion, no toxic substances, and no harm to human health.

Product use

The recommended concentration of release agent DYHT-1 is 3.5 ± 1%, which is determined by the temperature in the processing workshop, the composition of the rubber, and the Shore hardness of the mixed rubber. It is usually used in summer and some easily adhe- sive materials, and high concentrations should be used. Conversely, low concentrations should be used. The release agent DYHT-1 forms an elastic thin film on the surface of the mixing film, which has a good release effect to prevent dust adhesion and avoid troubles during post-processing. The release agent DYHT-1 only has a slight soft deposit on the surface of the equipment, which is easy to remove. The product has anti-corrosion performance, and it will not produce unpleasant foam when mixed.
