Applications

This product is a multifunctional silane coupling agent that has been successfully used in the rubber and plastic industry. Its applica- tion as a rubber and tire additive improves the physical and mechanical properties of rubber, significantly enhancing tensile strength, tear resistance, wear resistance, and reducing permanent deformation. It can also lower the viscosity of the rubber material and improve pro- cessing performance, making it particularly suitable for vulcanized rubber systems reinforced with white carbon black or silicates. This product can be added to fillers such as carbon black, talc, mica, clay, white carbon black, fly ash, glass fiber, etc. Its suitable polymers include natural rubber (NR), isoprene rubber (IR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), etc.
