Product characteristics

DYHT-4050H is a tire release agent containing inorganic fillers, used on the inner side of the raw tire. This product can provide good slip performance between the capsule and the raw tire, as well as release performance after vulcanization. DYHT-4050H is a black internal spray, making it easy to observe and control the application method after spraying. This product has good exhaust properties, and the inner side of the vulcanized tire is bright and smooth, preventing adhesion between the capsule and the inner lining layer. This product has a small dosage, fast drying, and can be used immediately.

Product use

DYHT-4050H does not need to be diluted and can be sprayed onto the inner surface of the fetus using an atomizing air spraying device. There will be no precipitation during use, but it is recommended to stir slightly. After spraying, it should be dried before vulcaniza- tion.
